Deadline for application is 4 May 2009
The organizing committee will proceed with the selection in mid-May. Decision about application and support will be sent in early-June.
Registration fees are presently expected to be 200 euros
The registration fee cover the:
- organisation costs
- transportation to and from Ajaccio on 14 and 26 October
- lunches
- coffee breaks
- banquet
The registration fee don't cover the:
- diners
- breakfast
- accommodation
Financial support
We intend to provide financial support to waive the registration fees for a number of young participants. Some limited travel support might be available pending the support from our sponsors. Follow indications on the registration form.
